Couple session in Cassis: elegance and light in Provence

A light that tells the whole story

Cassis has this particular light, golden, enveloping, almost cinematic at the end of the day. For this couple session, we chose the rocks facing the sea, where white stone meets the deep blue of the Mediterranean.

No forced poses, no artificial staging. Just two people in love, magnificent light, and time to enjoy the moment.

The rocks of Cassis as a natural backdrop

What makes Cassis so photogenic is the diversity of textures: limestone cliffs, maritime pines, turquoise sea. Every corner offers a different setting, sometimes intimate and mineral, sometimes open and luminous.

We started the session on the heights, overlooking the calanques, before descending to the rocks at sunset. The grazing light did the rest.

Tips for a couple session in Cassis

The best time is spring or autumn, the light is soft, there are fewer people, and the weather is pleasant. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours for a complete session.

For outfits, choose elegant but comfortable clothing. Neutral or pastel tones work beautifully with the natural colors of the location. Bring two outfits if you wish, one more dressed up, one more natural.

Accessories are welcome: a hat, a bouquet, even your dog if you have one. These personal details make each session unique.
